HER Bible Study Women’s Group Guidelines & Expectations, and Refund Policy

Welcome to HER Bible Studies! I’m so glad you are here.

We want to ensure that every woman has a positive experience in HER Light Bible Study Groups and Circles. To ensure that happens, we ask that every woman follow these guidelines and expectations:

1. During HER Bible Study sessions and HER Circle interactions, we will treat others the way we want to be treated. We will always respond with kind and courteous words and actions. (Matt 7:12)
2. During HER Bible Study sessions and HER Circle interactions, we will look for the best in one another. We will assume a post/comment is meant for good unless a blatant personal attack is shown. not personally attack or insult anyone in our discussion boards, even if they don’t agree with our point of view. (Rom 12:10)
3. During HER Bible Study sessions and HER Circle interactions, we will not be easily offended or angered. We will always assume the best intent when reading/hearing other’s posts/responses. (Ecc 7:9; Prov 19:11)
4. During HER Bible Study sessions and HER Circle interactions, we will be respectful of each other's opinions. We will be respectful of other’s opinions because we want everyone to feel welcome and respected. (Rom 12:16-19)
5. During HER Bible Study sessions and HER Circle interactions, we will build one another up and not tear them down with our words or actions. (Eph 4:29; Prov 12:18)
6. During HER Bible Study sessions and HER Circle interactions, we will be compassionate, kind, humble, gentle, and patient with others. (Colossians 3:12-13)
7. During HER Bible Study sessions and HER Circle interactions, we will use appropriate language and tone. We will not use offensive language, unwholesome talk, cursing, or hurtful words. (Prov 18:21; Col 4:6)
8. During HER Bible Study sessions and HER Circle interactions, we will not spam, troll, or promote/engage in illegal activities of any kind. (Eph 4:11-16; 1 Cor 15:33)
9. These groups and circles are specifically created for women. By making a purchase or joining a circle, you are indicating that you are a woman. Any person who is not a biological woman (Gen 1:27), will be removed from HER Bible Studies and Circles with no purchase refunds.

Here at HER Light Ministry, we want everyone to have a positive experience in all encounters with facilitators and other members of our community. We are a community of women supporting, encouraging, empowering, and uplifting women through God’s Word and Truth. Hateful, hurtful, berating language and attacks on our fellow community members will not be tolerated. As a community, we agree to see how Jesus sees, hear how Jesus hears, and love how Jesus loves.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact a moderator. If any person is reported for unseemly behavior that adversely affects the overall harmony of HER Bible Study groups or HER Circles, she will be removed as a participant.  Thank you for honoring God and one another as we build our community of believers!

HER Light Ministry reserves the right to ban any individual(s) not following the guidelines and expectations listed above. Any violation resulting in an individual being banned will also result in all courses and study materials being deactivated, and no refunds will be issued.

HER Light Ministry reserves the right to ban any individual(s) who blatantly and/or intentionally disrupts the harmony of any of HER Light Community groups.

IMPORTANT NOTE: No refunds will be issued to any individual who is banned from HER Bible Studies or HER Circles due to not following the community guidelines and expectations. This includes, but is not limited to, annual membership, courses, or other products sold by HER Light Ministry.

Refund Policy: Because this course product is available in your account immediately, and it will not disappear from your account, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for any reason.
