IMPORTANT NOTE: All ticket purchases are nonrefundable. Once payment is made for HER Light Ministry women’s events/workshops, refunds cannot be issued for any reason.
All HER Light Ministry events are open to ladies 16 and up. To protect the safety of the ladies who attend HER Light Ministry, men and children 15 and under will not be permitted.
Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made for this HER Light Ministry event/workshop are non-refundable. Once registration is complete, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, schedule conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the event/workshop content.
Transferable Policy
Registrations for this event/workshop are transferable under the following conditions: a. Notice of Transfer: Participants must notify HER Light Ministry of the transfer at least 3 days prior to the event/workshop date by emailing [email protected]. b. Eligibility: The new participant must meet any eligibility criteria set for the event/workshop. c. Process: The original participant must provide the new participant's full name, contact information, and any required documentation or information. d. Limitations: Each registration may only be transferred once. Further transfers are not permitted. e. No Partial Transfers: Registrations cannot be split or partially transferred. The entire registration must be transferred to one new participant.
Organizer's Discretion
HER Light Ministry organizers reserve the right to make exceptions to the transfer policy in exceptional circumstances, at their sole discretion. Any decisions made by HER Light Ministry in such cases are final and binding.

By registering for this event/workshop, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this non-refundable and transferable policy.
Inclement Weather Policy
Event/Workshop Cancellation or Rescheduling
In the event/workshop of inclement weather HER Light Ministry reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event/workshop. This decision will be made based on weather forecasts and safety considerations, and will be communicated as follows:
Notification: Participants will be notified of any changes to the event/workshop schedule via email, text message, and/or social media at least 12 hours before the event/workshop start time, if possible. b. Rescheduling: If the event/workshop is rescheduled, participants will be informed of the new date and time as soon as it is determined. c. Cancellation: If the event/workshop is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, participants will be provided with information regarding any potential refunds or credits towards future events/workshops.
Participant Safety
Participants are encouraged to monitor weather conditions and use their best judgment when deciding to travel to the event/workshop. HER Light Ministry is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from inclement weather.
Refunds and Credits
In the event/workshop of cancellation due to inclement weather, the following refund and credit policies apply:
Refunds: Participants may request a full or partial refund, depending on the specific circumstances of the cancellation. Refund requests must be submitted within [number] days of the cancellation notice. b. Credits: Participants may be offered credits towards future events/workshops hosted by HER Light Ministry. Credits will be valid for [number] months from the date of issuance.
No Liability
HER Light Ministry organizers shall not be held liable for any costs, expenses, or damages incurred by participants as a result of event/workshop cancellation or rescheduling due to inclement weather. This includes but is not limited to travel expenses, accommodation costs, and lost income.

Women-Only Event/Workshop Policy
Purpose
This policy outlines the guidelines and requirements for events/workshops that are exclusively for ladies ages 16 and up. The purpose of HER Light Ministry events/workshops is to create a safe, relaxing, and empowering space where women can come together to share experiences, learn, network, and connect with Jesus Christ in an intimate and powerful way
Eligibility
Attendance: Only women 16 and older are eligible to attend HER Light Ministry’s women-only events/workshops. b. Verification: Participants may be asked to verify their identity to ensure compliance with this policy. HER Light Ministry reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who does not meet the eligibility criteria.
Inclusivity
Respect: All participants are expected to respect others. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. b. Accessibility: Efforts will be made to ensure that the event/workshop is accessible to all women, including those with disabilities or special needs. Participants are encouraged to communicate any specific requirements to HER Light Ministry in advance.
Code of Conduct
Professionalism: Participants are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times. b. Confidentiality: The privacy and confidentiality of all participants must be maintained. Sharing sensitive or personal information about other participants, or discussions, outside the event/workshop without consent is strictly prohibited. c. Participation: Active participation and engagement are encouraged to foster a supportive and collaborative environment.
Registration and Fees
Registration: All participants must register for the event/workshop in advance. Registration details, including deadlines and fees, will be provided by the HER Light Ministry. b. Fees: Any registration fees or associated costs must be paid in full by the specified deadline. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the participant’s registration.
Exceptions and Exemptions
Speaker and Staff: In certain circumstances, male staff members may be present to facilitate the event/workshop. Such individuals will be vetted by HER Light Ministry to ensure alignment with the HER Light Ministry’s goals and values. b. Other Exceptions: HER Light Ministry reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, as deemed necessary.

By registering for a women-only event/workshop, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this policy. Any violations of this policy may result in removal from the event/workshop and potential exclusion from future events/workshops.
