Staying Focused

Matthew 14:22–33 | Jesus Walks on Water

Peter walked on water. Not because the storm had calmed. Not because the sea was shallow. But because his eyes were locked on Jesus.

He stepped out of the boat with bold faith, adrenaline rushing, heart pounding—walking toward the Son of God. I imagine the joy in Jesus’ eyes as Peter did the impossible.

But then, Peter looked away. He saw the wind. He noticed the waves. He began to think like the world thinks. And he sank.

The storm hadn’t changed. The water was just as deep. The danger was just as real. What changed was Peter’s focus.

✨ When we take our eyes off Jesus, the impossible remains impossible.
✨ When we fix our eyes on Him, miracles happen—even in the middle of the storm.

Your circumstances may not change immediately. But your focus can. And when it’s fixed on Jesus, you’ll walk in power, purpose, and peace.

👀 Don’t look away.
💬 Keep your eyes on Jesus.
🙌 The impossible is possible with Jesus.
